save the world from overheating, drink camel milk

Save the world from overheating, drink camel milk!

By David Verveer

Yes you read it correctly, camel milk is good for you, and by drinking it, you will surely save the globe from over heating. If you read the scientific studies on the health value of camel milk, you will see that during the years, the local dairy product supplier has sold you a low quality product, claiming that a glass of milk (or an apple) a day keeps the doctor away. You know that the dairy product you buy is a mixture of cow milk with ordinary water, which the cow produced in order to feed her calves, and was stolen from them (those poor young calves), by anti-ecologist capitalists in order to enrich themselves on your account. I like to warn you that cow-milk mixture is dangerous for you, not only because its fat content and cholesterol, but also that the drinker will start looking like cows, as was intended by the creator, by creating milk for calves.

But how does Global warming relates to drinking camel milk, you will ask, a very good question, even-though, rather obvious ad not very original, I am prepared to explain. You know that cow milk has a greater fat content than camel milk, the cow-milk drinker will get fatter, obesity is one of the greater problems of modern society, fat people do not walk and prefer the comfort of a private car, which burns more fossil oil, and cause in-directly an increase of global warming.

As camels can walk for 40 years in the desert (I might be mistaken by stating this fact, as co-incidentally, the Jewish tribes walked for 40 years in Sinai, before they found the exit sign to Canaan), which gives the camel milk a slightly rancid taste, but don't worry, you get used to it, as your friendly neighboring Bedouin will tell you.

You will wonder now, where can you get your pint of camel milk, as the local store does not carry such important health food, which even will increase your aphrodisiac powers, but just as any other product on the market, this is a pure question of demand and supply, you never before requested camel milk, so why should your friendly grocery bother supplying it?

Do not under estimate the economical value of the camel and its products, as the animal provides not only milk, but also a popular meat source, it's dung is used as effective fuel source, its skin provides original camel leather, and I could continue like this for hours, but I ran out of products.

I have heard that they now produce camel milk with peanut taste, free of salmonellae poisoning, organic camel milk, and chocolate camel milk, not to mention the original camel ice-cream, a hit through the Middle East.
Camel milk is a staple food of desert nomad tribes and is richer in fat and protein than cow milk. Camel milk cannot be made into butter in the traditional churning method. It can be made if it is soured first, churned, and a clarifying agent added, or if it is churned at 24–25 °C (75–76 °F), but times will vary greatly in achieving results. The milk can readily be made into yogurt. Butter or yogurt made from camel milk is said to have a very faint greenish tinge. Camel milk is said to have many healthful properties and is used as a medicinal product in India; Bedouin tribes believe that camel milk has great curative powers if the camel's diet consists of certain plants. In Ethiopia, the milk is considered an aphrodisiac.
Camel milk, until recently, was impossible to make into traditional cheese since rennet was unable to coagulate the milk proteins to allow the collection of curds. Under the commission of the FAO, Professor J.P. Ramet of the École Nationale Supérieure d'Agronomie et des Industries Alimentaires (ENSAIA) was able to produce curdling by the addition of calcium phosphate and vegetable rennet. The cheese produced from this process has low levels of cholesterol and lactose. The sale of camel cheese is limited owing to the low yield of cheese from milk and the uncertainty of pasteurization levels for camel milk which makes adherence to dairy import regulations difficult.
You see, this is not just ecological nonsense, but a scientific fact, just like the melting of glaciers, penguins, Eskimos and ice bears losing their habitat, Venice drowning and I am sure that if our savior All Gore would have thought of this, he would have bought herds of camels, and would have become the USA's sole camel milk producer, with slogans such as "ALLGORE MILK SAVES OUR GLO
